Vince worked on a car that I inherited and had been sitting for a few years. He came to my house and did a detailed assessment of the work that needed to be completed. He gave me a written invoice with parts and labor detailed. We had a signed agreement which demonstrated his professionalism. At the end of the process, one of the parts was actually cheaper than he originally quoted so I received a credit.
